My name is Mandy Bryan, and I am excited to be the newest member of the NMS admin team. A proud graduate of Texas A&M University (Class of 2000), I later earned a Master’s degree from the University of Houston–Clear Lake in 2008 in Instructional Technology. I taught 3rd grade at NES before moving to NMS to teach 4th grade math and serve as math interventionist. I left NMS for a short time to serve as assistant principal for NES, but I am thrilled to come back home to serve as principal of Needville Middle School!

My husband, Scott and I have two children: Ethan, a sophomore at Texas A&M University, and Katie, a junior at Needville High School. Outside of school, I enjoy cheering on my children at their extracurricular events, reading a good book, and watching Texas A&M athletics. My strong faith and active involvement in my church community are also central to my life.

With 26 years of experience in education, I bring a deep commitment to student success, academic growth, and building a positive, supportive school culture.  I believe all students deserve the opportunity to learn, and I want to provide the tools and supports to help students, their families, and our staff be successful. I am thrilled to be part of the NMS family and look forward to working closely with all educational stakeholders to make this school year a meaningful and successful one for all. I am so excited to help our Blue Jays soar!
