DEAR SENIOR PARENT:
This is your appointment letter to have your student’s senior picture for the yearbook taken at Needville High School. In order for the senior portraits to be consistent throughout the yearbook, we will use only the photos taken by Provine Studios. Therefore, your student will need to have their picture taken at the school during the times we have arranged for senior photos.
The Needville ISD dress code will be maintained.
The pose for the yearbook will be the photo taken in their tux and drape. The cap, gown, tux, and drape will be provided by Provine Studios. Males: please wear a white collared shirt or a white tee shirt to help expedite dressing. Females: please wear strapless top undergarment to accommodate the drape. If your student is in National Honor Society, it is their responsibility to provide the appropriate stole. Your student may wear the clothing of his/her choice for two of their casual poses and can bring reasonable props for those. There will be a total of 6 to 8 poses taken of each senior.
Below are the dates Provine will be at Needville High School to photograph your child:
Tuesday, August 10th & Wednesday, August 11th between 8:00am – 4:00pm.

There will be a $7.00 charge (sitting fee) to be paid the day senior pictures are taken. Please bring exact amount. If unable to attend the above dates, retakes will be on 10/15/21. No casual photos will be taken the day of retakes.
Senior proofs will be sent electronically within 24 hours of your child’s photo session. Please be sure the email & phone numbers used on the sign up sheet are accurate as they’ll be our new method of proof delivery.
