Needville Junior High will be conducting a lockdown drill tomorrow (Friday, October 22nd) after our 2nd lunch period, roughly around 12:50-1:00. The 8th grade football games that were scheduled for this evening at home have been cancelled. The 7th grade football games that are scheduled to be played in Sealy are still on. The 8th grade will make up their games with Sealy on Thursday, September 30th in Sealy.
Just a reminder to parents that there will be no paper copies of progress reports sent home this year. Parents need to log into Skyward Family Access to see your students progress reports.
Needville ISD will be closed on September 14, 2021 due to the inclement weather forecasted. Tonight's volleyball game and tomorrow's football games have been cancelled. There will be no practices after school today. Everyone please stay safe.
Good morning Blue jays! Today will be the first football games of the year. Our "A" games will be played against Royal and we have secured an 8th grade "B" team will play against Sealy. The "B" game will start at 5:00. All tickets to the game are $5, cash only.
Junior High sporting events are fast approaching. Just a reminder that general admission is $5 for students and adults; cash only. Have a great season Blue Jays!
Next Tuesday (September 7th) there will only be 2 games against Brookshire Royal since they do not have “B” Teams. Our 7th Grade will still travel to Brookshire on Tuesday to play their “A” Team game. Our 8th Grade “B” team will split up and scrimmage against each other starting at 5:00. The 8th Grade “A” game will start around 5:45 against Brookshire. Due to their only being two games, we are going to move the pep rally from September 7th to the 14th.
Tomorrow, Thursday 26th is Picture Day at Needville Junior High. The photographers will begin first thing in the morning.
Just a reminder that schedules are available for pick-up for junior high students today from 9:00 - 3:00. Please pull in the back parking lot to receive a paper copy of your schedule . Looking forward to seeing everyone on Monday!
JH Parent Reminder: Student Schedule pickup will be available today from 9am - 3pm. Please pull up or park in the back faculty parking lot. You will be allowed to walk up to the cafeteria and get your students schedule but the campus is not open for tours. This information and more may be found in the campus orientation slideshow.

This is a reminder that all incoming 7th graders must be up to date with immunizations. Any student that does not have an updated shot record or has not received the required boosters will not be allowed to stay at school until this matter is cleared up.
