Needville High School Parents/Guardians,
I wanted to make you aware of an incident that occurred at the HS. An anonymous tip was made to Fort Bend County Sheriff’s office and brought to our attention. Our campus administration and our district police department handled the situation in accordance with our policies and our campus is safe.
There was never a threat to our campus, but I want to be clear that we thoroughly investigated and we take these situations seriously. Please talk to your child about how comments and statements can have consequences and that they can lead to a significant disruption to school.
The safety of every student and staff member is always our first priority and we take every precautionary measure to ensure that commitment.

At the end of regulation, the Roughnecks and the Blue Jays are tied at 21.
Baker to Bridges on a long pass to tie the game 21-21 with 2:09 left in the 3rd.
Warncke scores with :47 left in the 1st half to make the 14-21.
Columbia scores on a long drive to make the score 7-14 with 7:13 left in the 2nd.
Roughnecks score 1st and the Blue Jays answer on a 70 yd pass play from Baker to Bridges as Cavazos adds the XP - 7 all with 10:37 left in the 2nd.

Tickets to Friday's football game vs. W. Columbia will go on sell at the HS to parents only Tuesday morning from 7:30-11 (max of 2). After 11 on Tuesday, all day Wednesday and Thursday until 1:30 or until they run out, general admission 1st come, 1st serve tickets will be sold.
