Ms. Smith’s science classes are learning about animal adaptations and camouflage. Students camouflaged butterflies and hid them in plain sight around the classroom.

The Needville Lady Jay Volleyball Camp will be held June 6-8 at the High School Gyms.
Grades 6-8 (2023/24 school year) will have camp from 9:00-11:00am
Grades 2-5 (2023/24 school year) will have camp from 12:00-1:30pm

Transfers and other information
Students in Ms. Ordeneaux’s classes got to build a s’more while practicing writing an essay. The top Graham cracker was the introduction, the marshmallow and chocolate were the body paragraphs, and the bottom Graham cracker was the conclusion!

Medieval Day in 6th grade! Students wore costumes and took part in a feast complete with chicken legs, cheese, grapes, bread, and dessert! Ms. Faas and and Ms. Kolkmeir worked hard to transform a classroom into a Medieval dining hall.
Ms. Smith’s classes earned s’mores today for exceptional essay writing. Solid introductions and conclusions earned students graham crackers, and two well-organized middle paragraphs earned them marshmallows and chocolate. Hooray for great writing and sweet treats!
