Please help us welcome a familiar face to NMS! Mrs. Band-Hubenak will be joining us as a Dyslexia Specialist.
She graduated from University of Houston. Go Coogs!
At home, she enjoys life with her husband of 25 years Joe, their two children Cole (21) and Molly (17), and their two Mini Australian Shepherds, Kodi and Emi.
Outside of school she loves gardening, hanging out in the pool, and spending time with family and friends.
What sheās most excited about this year:
"Iām excited to start my 25th year in Needville and look forward to meeting everyone. Iām passionate about doing whatās right for students and doing everything to make a positive difference."

Summer Student Spotlight!!! Naomi Bates (4th grade) is currently in New York City with the Houston Childrenās Chorus. Alongside two other Texas childrenās choirs, they performed at Carnegie Hall.
Naomi joined the HCC Prep Choir last August and has shown incredible dedication this past year practicing her music 4ā5 hours a week. We recently learned sheās been accepted into the HCC Concert Choir for the upcoming school year. Way to go Naomi!

She holds a Bachelorās degree from Texas A&M University and a Masterās degree from Houston Baptist University.
She is married to her husband Jim and they have two children, Mason - 8th grader at NJHS and Mackenzie -2nd grader at NES.
In her spare time, she loves reading, being outdoors, and spending time with family.

Please help us give a big Blue Jay welcome to Mrs. Baylee Trammel! She will be joining Nurse Zahn in the clinic this year to provide lots of love and care to our students.
She earned both her LVN and RN from Wharton County Junior College (WCJC).
She is married to her husband Nathan and they have 2 kids Marlee (3) and Presley (2). She also has 2 dogs Lilly (lab) and Lolly (Aussie doodle).
Outside of school she loves photography!

She is a graduate of Texas State University and George Mason University.
Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her husband Howard and their 3 kids - Suebella (16), Kingston (15), Corrah (14), 3 little dogs, cats, goats, chickens, ducks, and guineas(funny farm)!

Weāre excited to welcome Ms. Adriana Rivas to our campus this year! She will be joining us as a special education teacher.
She earned her Bachelorās degree from UH Main Campus and UH Victoria.
In her free time she enjoys lifting weights and watching sports.

Weāre excited to welcome Mrs. Rachel Wendt back to NMS! She will be joining us as a 5th Grade Math Co-Teach/Resource teacher.
She holds a Bachelorās degree from Sam Houston State University.
She and her husband Caleb stay busy with their three children ā Peyton (12) and twin sons Sam and Theo (2).
When she's not teaching she is traveling with her family all over the state watching her daughter show pigs! She is also a photographer - mostly livestock but she also loves taking pictures of families, seniors and occasionally weddings! Agriculture is a true family passion!

Weāre excited to welcome Mrs. Cynthia Hudgens as an Interventionist and Instructional Coach to our campus!
She earned her Bachelorās degree in Elementary Education from Texas State University and her Masterās in Education Administration from Lamar University.
At home, Mrs. Hudgens enjoys spending time with her husband Mark, their two children Will (14) and Riley (10), and their dog Molly, a shih tzu terrier mix.
Outside of school, youāll find her cheering on Coach Hud and the boys at Needville varsity football and basketball games, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

Outside of school, she leads the childrenās ministry at her church and enjoys anything that involves being outside by the pool ā sunshine and service are her specialties!

Sheās a big dog lover and shares her home with two furry companions, Marley and Willow. She has one older sister, Sarah, who teaches kindergarten at NES, and her parents, Rhonda and Scotty Adams, are both graduates of Needville High School ā a true hometown connection!
Outside of school, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Outside of school, she enjoys watching her son play football at Rice University, attending all of her daughterās extracurricular activities, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
