Needville PTA will be hosting their PTA Halloween Carnival on Saturday, October 28th at the Don Wenzel Memorial Needville Harvest Park. There will be a $12 Chicken fried chicken meal to go (Pre-Sale), along with an online silent auction, cake walk, pie in the face, costume contest and much, much more!! Come out and help support our NISD Blue Jay students and staff events sponsored by the Needville PTA!
Red Ribbon Week is the week of October 23-27. Each day will have a special theme to dress up if you want to participate. See the event calendar for the themes. Dress is as follows: Monday - plaid, Tuesday - western/boots, Wednesday - wear red, Thursday - Hawaiian/vacation, and Friday - concert/band t-shirt.

Generation Texas Week is the week of October 10 - 13. Each day will have a theme to dress up if you want to participate. See the event calendar for the themes. Dress is as follows: Tuesday - college tee, Wednesday - dress like Barbie or Ken, Thursday - dress like a farmer, and Friday - dress like a frat guy.
We will be celebrating Hispanic Heritage Week from September 25-28. We will have special dress up during the week! What a great way to celebrate all of our many cultures!
Reminder...Individual picture day for NES will be Wednesday, September 6th.
FYI - If your student would like to participate in College T-shirt days, these are the days scheduled for this school year: 8/30, 9/13, 10/18, 11/8, 12/6, 1/10, 2/7, 3/6, 4/10, 5/8.
