Good afternoon! We're reaching out to reinforce our expectations for behavior at extracurricular events. We constantly emphasize to our students the importance of sportsmanship, respect for opponents, officials, and the integrity of competition. These same standards apply to everyone who attends our games and events.
We understand that spectators may not always agree with coaching decisions, officiating calls, game strategies, etc. While having opinions is natural, expressing frustration through booing, profanity, or disrespectful comments is completely unacceptable. Our district is committed to maintaining high standards for students and staff, and we expect the same from our parents and community members.
Going forward, anyone whose behavior disrupts the experience of other spectators will be asked to leave.
If you have questions or concerns about this policy, please contact any district administrator. We appreciate your ongoing support of our students and programs.
Thanks, and go Blue Jays!
