The journalism staff spent the day practicing photograph skills at Seaborne Creek Park, where they participated in a scavenger hunt. Then we toured the Fort Bend Herald office, where editor in chief Scott Willey took us through each department and shared some really interesting stories about his time in the business.

Students in Mrs. Erfurdt’s Honors Biology class became real-life biological anthropologists today as they analyzed skulls to uncover clues about how different organisms lived! 🦴🔍 By examining eye size and placement, they determined depth perception and predator vs. prey adaptations. Studying dental characteristics helped them identify herbivores, omnivores, and carnivores, while skull structure revealed whether organisms were bipedal or quadrupedal. Amazing critical thinking and hands-on science in action!
The Bluejays had an outstanding outing at the San Antonio Livestock Show today!
